Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds, as each product is uniquely personalized and crafted specifically for you. However, if your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us right away. All you need is the receipt or proof of purchase—we’re here to make it right and ensure you receive your heartfelt piece in perfect condition. 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at
adperfectumstore@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue promptly. We’re dedicated to making it right and ensuring your heartfelt creation reaches you in the perfect condition it deserves.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
